After a decade of hands-on experience, he founded Think Smart Tech, a comprehensive low-voltage services company that has successfully completed projects across a wide range of industries. Eric’s success stems from a genuine passion for his work, combined with deep technical expertise and a relentless commitment to excellence. Known for his competitive drive, he prioritizes attention to detail and clear communication with clients. For over a decade, Eric has been a respected presence in the industry, consistently delivering high-quality solutions at fair and honest prices. As President of Think Smart Tech, Eric has recognized his own growth areas and built a strong team to help elevate the company to new levels of performance and service. Outside of work, he dedicates a significant amount of time to volunteering as a coach for multiple youth soccer teams in the region.

Now an account and project manager at Think, Kelly designs and delivers user-friendly systems while supporting both his team and clients. Ethan Allison began his career as a U.S. Army infantryman in 2015 and has since earned degrees in Kinesiology, Leadership, and an MBA. Since 2019, he has helped businesses improve operations and scale through efficient systems and strategic growth. With a passion for problem-solving and team development, Ethan blends military discipline with business insight. Outside of work, he competes as a strongman and contributes to research in human augmentation.

James Lawendowski has over 14 years in procurement, logistics, and vendor management. James brings expertise in cost control, contract negotiation, and supply chain strategy to Think Smart Tech.
